(TJ) is one of our staff appraisers who works with our Lender's, AMC, and
attorney clients on a daily basis to provide credible and reliable results to
assist the lending and valuation process. After spending 4 years working full-time
at Su Casa Appraisals Inc, he believes he knows the key to achieving the best
results in real estate valuation comes from developing tried and true
relationships with clients and agents. The basis of this business is built on
mutual trust and respect as professionals and, equally, individuals.

has been at Su Casa Appraisals Inc for enough years to see business continue to
grow and is excited to keep paving new paths and achieving new goals within the
real estate market. He
looks forward to developing more personal
relationships with more clients in the future. TJ graduated from the University
of Central Florida with a BS from the School of Business, in Event Management
and enjoys putting his logistical expertise to work in and out of the office.
